3-setting time controls

All games should be played with time controls of 3 settings:

1. Clock start time
2. Move increment time
3. Maximum move time.

One can choose to leave some "empty" or "0" or extremely high, but the concept is:

1. Clock start time. The amount of time that starts on your clock.
2. Move increment time. The amount by which your clock goes up each time you play a move.
3. Maximum move time. The maximum amount of time you have for any single move. If you exceed this you lose the game.

The last setting should apply even in live chess.
The others should exist even in correspondence chess.

This should apply equally on your first move and if you disconnect / lose connection.
