Reporting a cheater does not work

I reported an obvious cheater a week ago, and his account is still active.
He cheated in the three games we played (0 inaccuracies, 0 mistakes, 0 blunders in each game for a player rated 1780).
Is Lichess very slow at responding, or is it becoming a safe place to cheat ??

You reported him 1 hour ago. Processing can take up to a few days. He's banned now.

I reported him on the 14th. He got banned 1 hour ago, on the 19th. It took a while, but it worked. Thank you for that
