960 Help ! Castling bug in current correspondence game.

I am playing a 960 game. In the analysis board, the move 0-0-0 appears just fine. But when I enter the move and send it to my opponent,
The Rook is missing !
Definitely a Bug... What to do ?
I'd post the game, but it is in progress. Asking for help in support and my time will likely expire. :(

added: The d1 square , where the Rook should be seen, is high-lighted a different shade, but the Rook is not there. Can I send the move and it will then be visible?
Do not know. The move shows just fine in the analysis board. After making the move and ready to send the move (have move confirmation enabled, so not sent) the King moves to c1, the d1 square is highlighted but missing the Rook! King start on d1, Rook on c1 , so the castling is simple, no pieces to clear, no checks neither piece moved.
I think it would appear if sent with the game continuing, but who knows? Doubt it's a graphic error on my end. I'll restart anyway, try again.

Seems very strange as the move is successfully completed on the analysis board. The King moves ,but the Rook disappears on the regular board ! A Bug peculiar to position #832 or has Bug crept into castling in general in 960?
I sent the move. The Rook appears. I have played 960 and never seen the Rook "disappear", but in Q @ A a few said it is standard.
Is rather disconcerting to see the Rook disappear, especially when it is seen on the analysis board.
I would suggest this should be changed. Why have the Rook disappear when using move confirmation?
You are using move confirmation. The rook disappears but the square is highlighted. The King moves to the square it will be on when you press confirm. This has been explained to you by many members already. It is not a bug.

"I have played 960 and never seen the Rook "disappear" "

Maybe because in the 1 game of 960 you have played on this site you did not castle

Your trolling and lies are becoming more apparent everyday. People are getting fed up of it.
"I sent the move. The Rook appears."

Yes, this is probably Move Confirmation if it's only for castling and just the rook.
I vote @mdinnerspace for best disguised troll on this forum.

Sometimes, when we suggest improvements, this user comes with technical argument about site development, trying to create excuses that our point is stupid while insisting on fallacies.

But then comes to forum and FAQ, asking about a mere graphical issue on castling, and mistreats users that reply to the question very clearly (just confirm your move and the rook will be there -- that was said many times). This person is pretending not to understand.

And apparently ignores when we point out such suspicious behavior so frequently. (Making a collection of forum posts apparently.)
A quick glance at his (over 1500) forum posts tells you everything you need to know. The majority of his posts are arguing just for the sake of it. If you say the sky is blue @mdinnertroll will try and tell you it is green.

If you go to lichess.org/report there is an option to report users as a "troll". That's what I have started doing and encourage others to do the same. We shouldn't have to put up with insults and abuse when just trying to help.

The topic clearly was sincere, having the Rook disappear is something not to be expected, after seeing it displayed in the analysis board.

Here is all the evidence needed.

All suggestions welcome. I think the best idea is to get a few multiple accounts each. Create a controversial forum subject and all agree with each other and slam anyone that disagrees. Of course we could go the neanderthal route and spam porn, but I've done that before and your accounts get closed real quick.

A typical post by NeverBeenTimid who created the team with other's who are permanently banned at chesscom. I was one of many who were fed up with the harassment. Very sadly, It has carried over to here.
