Again it said "blog" not team

∆ Open the desired blog.
∆ Click on edit / create a new one.
∆ If you reach a certain point where you've to paste a picture , on the ribbon , you'll see a thumbnail option of a pic in which a scenery ( mountain and a dot ) is there , click on that.
∆ Fill out the box of the link , description and press Ok.
