What do you mean not ready? Also, Bullet is the way I started my chess development.

No, it isn't. I had a friend who was very slow, but he had a bullet rating above 2000. Also, I have beaten many Rapid players which would not make sense if I only played for speed.
A way to get better at bullet without having to ONLY play for speed is this:

lichess.org/racerBut it is important to mention that once you play too much bullet, you will not get any better, which is why you should play some Blitz or Rapid, and maybe even some Classical, but I wouldn't make that big of a jump very soon.
