Why would you accuse someone for being a Nazi, simple because they have a lot of 8 as their user name? You were being very rude.

Also you are mistaken about the meaning of 8 in Chinese culture.
It is considered a lucky number, and multiple of 8's is just better. They don't associate 88 with bye bye, but they associate it with double happiness.
And it is quite common to see the numbers 88888888 in shops, advertisement and online usernames in China.

Perhaps because you are German?, and there is a lot of focus about anything associated with the ww2, but that doesn't mean other countries/people associate 88 with H.H, or 18 =A.H
I am Danish, and I don't think like that, I don't know where 8*8 user is from, maybe it's just a easy name to remember, maybe 7*7 was taken.
Either way, you shouldn't insult people, like you did in #22.

I don't know about internet slang, but bā bā sounds similar to fā fā, meaning double happiness. I never heard my friends from China using bā bā instead of bái bái.
But as I said, I don't know about internet slang.

The number 8 is considered lucky because spoken , it is "fa ", which sounds very much like the word for "wealth".."fortune" and similar.

This gives us 4,292,995 more over 65's in Germany than in Italy.
