when you want to react to someone's message using emojis, there is a horsey option. what does it mean.
It means nothing really, it is some weird april fool joke of lichess (search the forum). But many people (kids?) here click on this emoji from whatever reason they personaly think.

to me it means what comes out of the back end of the horse :-)
horsey means everything
horsey is lichess's mascot and everybody loves it
