Reconnecting on School internet

Hello,
I am a teacher at a public school and having a problem getting lichess and our school internet to like each other. My students and I are constantly plagued by a reconnecting symbol. (struggled to even get this posted lol). I know it is a school wifi problem because I don't have this issue at home. I have talk to my IT department but they are out of ideas so I am turning here to see if anyone else and seen this and what they did to fix the problem.

As it is a school, there may be some rate limits, which should be discussed via contact@lichess.org
The other option is that the school's internet routes have a routing problem when connecting to the websockets servers.
One solution to this is to activate and test the connection via CDN: lichess.org/account/network
