Well, it’s time to do something with these glitches, dozens of games do not allow to make the first move, it’s
This is a repeated problem with the inability to make the first move.
Going to need more info. Clearly very many people are able to make the first move. What's special about your setup?
This problem occurs in the application itself and not only me. I do not understand why there are so few comments and suggestions on this topic.
I have seen something else before, when I played on phone (but not in the first move). You just set the move and nothing happens, and you just run out of time. Maybe you should restart the app, it worked sometimes for me. Or play on computer instead of phone. The big reason why this glitch hasn't fixed is that no one know why happens this. Maybe there is an error in the program code somewhere (impossible to find it), or a special network issue, or a rare OS compatibility problem, or your phone version.. etc.
@Igor76 No-one is suggesting you have a problem. If the problem was with you then that would explain why there are no other comments about it - there's only one of you. Rather, the problem is with your computer or tablet - yes, running the application, for without the application there is no bug. Ah, but which platform? The application runs on a device which in turn is running on an operating system, and then either on an app or a browser running on the operating system. Where is the problem? We don't know. We just don't know.

I recommend you stop spending any further time commenting here without answering some of the questions which have been raised in response to your original - oddly truncated - post and tell us:

1) operating system (ie windows, macos, android - and which version)
2) hardware (laptop, desktop, phone, tablet - brand and model)
3) app or browser (which version of which browser)

I don't suppose you've tried on any other devices to...you know...rule out the device itself being the problem?

you can help developers to providing the required information
do not think that this problem is related to the operating system or browser installed on my computer. Because in this case the problem would arise regularly, and not periodically, about once a month. Someone advised me to change the Russian-language interface to English. I did that and it helped for a while. But then the problem appeared with an English interface. If this problem arises it is not known from where, then perhaps the developers should remove the function to remove or credit the rating for the game in which no moves were made. After all, in real tournaments and matches they never cheat rating in unplayed games. Technical gain or defeat yes, award, аnd the rating is not cheated.
