Sometimes, if you start a lot of new threads per day, say 20 or 30, you cannot start ones anymore. So you cannot write a message to a new person, nothing just happens, you get to your inbox while the message is not sent. It's possible to continue chatting in existing threads though. Then in some time everything works again.
