I tried to make her join another team she says she cant find the join button also

Perhaps she refreshed the page before you could confirmed her. She can try again. But this time, wait a moment, until you see her request?

No i did not even get a request at all

Strangly my other friends and @Game-Changer20 's request were working

On a phone, the join button is highlighted green on the top of the team screen. Not sure where it's located on a computer/tablet

@Monsterchip PM them the link of the team, ask them to press on the green "Join Team" button. Then tell them to solve the CAPTCH and press on the blue "Join Team" button. Wait for a minute. When you get a message, "Accept" the request.

I tell her if she did that

On phone ....to see the join button after solving the CAPTCHA u have to slightly move the screen to left to right....then u will be able to see the join button #11
