Feature request: make draw offer only valid after own move has been completed

This is the wrong way round, the request should be "ban people from offering draw on the opponent's turn", as it distracts, and the opponent might accidentally autodecline (by making a move .1seconds after you offered).
Asking for draw on your own turn is never harmful, the opponent can wait with accepting until you have moved either way, so it's strictly superior.

There is no rule against offering draw on your own turn in the FIDE Laws of Chess either; "A player wishing to offer a draw shall do so after having made a move on the chessboard and before stopping his clock and starting the opponent’s clock. An offer at any other time during play is still valid but Article 12.6 must be considered. "
12.6 says "You aren't allowed to distract your opponent", which clearly refers to draw offers in the middle of the opponent's thinking time, not to draw offers during your own turn.
