Sandbagging (Sort of)

He kept leaving the game and before I can claim a win he comes back and makes a move so he does not lose on time so he does not need to move

Look how the time changes soon after he loses the queen

@DragonArcher I have inspected this player's games, in lichess.org/cR3oLEfj#56 between move 28 and 29 his time dropped far too largely to escape suspicion, and lichess.org/mU7qa1Kh/black he apparently did not do his trick right and left for too long xD, and those were 2 games I found after looking in his history for less than a minute! I believe lichess should do something...

I waited 1 minute before he moved

Reporting might be a good idea, since Lichess doesn't want this to happen either :)

He resigned with around 5 minutes left in a 10+0 game. Doesn't seem like stalling to me.

BTW, stalling isn't sandbagging. Sandbagging involves intentionally losing games.
