Would you rather get away with lying every time or always be able to detect a lie?

@volitionwill That's actually a very good post. @Jamie_K when you mean get away from the lie, do you mean other people don't know you're lying but your guilt is still there? Or is it that people don't know you're lying and your guilt also 'gets away' ?
Well, I didn't give the answer, but I would say, yes, if I didn't feel guilt for lying, then I think what I would choose is as obvious as if the question meant I would still feel bad
@SavageAntarctican I dont know really maybe you could lie to them and tell them they can't really detect lies, idk too paradoxical for my small brain lol
It just feels so counter-intuitive to say, well, if I did not feel guilty, then let me lie!
Okay what about criminal lawyers, don't they feel guilt assuming the person is undoubtedly guilty and they're getting them off with it, obviously you still use criminal lawyers even when people are innocent.
I think guilt is probably a subjective thing, if I lied about saying that I have a million pound cheque then that money is being lost from somewhere when I cash it in and some people may need that, and then id feel guilt. so I guess your answer could change depending on the circumstances?
Lying is a survial tactic. Just don't take it so hard. You and I, lie sometimes.
I am honest every time in the level people call me sarcasm. They also lie to me and they know I would certainly detected it but they still continue to challenge my sarcasm
I tried to lie to my mother, but every time like 98% she caught me. And I got bitterly punished for this.
