When someone I follow creates a private study, I would prefer not to see this in the Timeline. I would only like to see studies that I have access to. For studies to which the access is changed, perhaps it would be possible to create a new Timeline event for change in access to a study, such as "[User] makes study [Title] public".
Tangentially related, it would be nice if I couldn't see when someone I follow is looking at a study that I don't have access to.
