It does actually. Many HGV drivers are European and decided to stop working in the UK. Boris even recently offered them a temporary visa to make them come back but of course it didn't work because nobody likes to be taken for a fool and if a country wants you back because they need you, they'll have to offer better than a temporary visa.

understandabl you erred in this bit twighead , the govt for obvious reasons do not want their precious hard brexit exposed for its flaws ,
but its becoming too apparant and although some daft eejits voted for them they still are stuck in queues at the petrol pumps , so even their support are saying wtf is happening

But the Brexiteers didn't want to hear them then and they don't want to face the harsh reality now. Understandably.
