Puzzle ratings

Does anyone know how lichess rates a puzzle? I am not seeing any real pattern and some of these are 18 and others are 4.

@antonblue11 I believe that depends on the difficulty of the puzzle.

i thought they ranked them by the ratings of players who try them and how they did against it
