Feature request: Filter players in lobby by game completion rate

Hello everyone!

I'd really appreciate if there was any way to filter the games in the lobby that are displayed by the player's game completion rate. This feature allows to avoid players that are constantly leaving their games without resigning or finishing the game (which is quite annoying IMO).

Additionally this feature encourages players to finish their games in an appropriate manner because otherwise it becomes harder and harder for those players to find people accepting their challenges in the lobby.

Furthermore I think this feature is kind of a self-regulating system which punishes players automatically without any need of administrative (serious) punishment like threatening or executing a ban.

Hopefully this feature might help increasing this site's game experience by adding slightly more fairness for each and every player who is intended to play a serious game of chess in the lobby without disregarding the opponent in any way.

Yes, this is exactly what I want
I would like to set it so that I am not paired up with people whose completion rate is under 90%

Maybe I forgot to mention, that players that open challenges in the lobby should be able to set a minimum game completion rate as well, in order to accept their challenges.
