@LandyPJY If you sleep less because of the coffein, then this may cause the 'less energy' that you mentioned #1.
@MrPushwood You're wrong I suspect coffee as one of the factors causing Alzheimer, Morbus Parkinson and Dementia... and other neurological illnesses. Pls. read my comment more careful before you laugh.

1) Live longer, as coffee drinkers are less likely to die from heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and kidney disease.
2) Process glucose better
3) Less likely to develop heart failure
4) Less likely to develop Parkinson's
5) More likely to have a healthy and protective effect on the liver
6) Decrease breakage in DNA which can lead to tumors or cancer
7) Less likely to develop colorectal cancer
8) Significantly less likely to develop Alzheimer's and dementia in general
9) Lowered risk of stroke

I used to drink strong espressos every day for breakfast. I really like the taste of it. But at some point too much coffee started giving me nausea, and now I only drink it on occasion. I would say it makes it even more enjoyable.

But unfortunately thereby making coffee sound a lot more healthy than it actually is.

Moderation is the key. Similar to suger, salt and alcohol.
What is a moderate consumption?, This should be judged by looking at the individual. Since our bodies react differently to these kinds of substances.
