10 Hour time out due to unstable internet

Many times now I have had timeouts where I cannot play chess against humans because when my internet crashes it mimics those that in a losing position don't make another move ,a minute ago it happened again I have sent emails and feedback to lichess but never had the courtesy of a reply,it's ridiculous any ideas besides change internet provider .
Not what I am saying. Lichess must have a parameter that their programme/site uses that causes time outs when it thinks it's seeing a player that doesn't move on purpose, I have played over 18000 games in a short time here on Lichess so I Love playing Chess and I have been putting up with it,it just seems ridiculous that through nothing to do with Chess per se that I cannot play for 10 hours because of our copper network in NZ.Their must be many others in the same boat.

Stop playing bullet games with unstable internet?
There are many bullet/blitz players in this forum who complain about having to wait against opponents who disconnect. (They also complain about being paired against opponents who get lag compensation; and their opponents complain about lag compensation not being enough.)

There are many rapid/classical players in this forum who complain that when their internet disconnects they need more than 2 minutes to reconnect.

There isn't a solution which satisfies everyone; bullet is addicting and our site policies are a bit more aggressive than FICS in terms of temporary playbans for players who greatly inconvenience opponents.
Reset your router to factor settings. If you are playing on cable only play when there is downtime to decreases the chances of losing a connection because of all the good streaming movies in your area illegally. Try updating ur drivers. Try using an ethernet cable if not already. Try other devices to check if your just ur device screwing you over. Run a speed test. Get Malware and virus protection. Update your browser if possible. Try a different site and see if it has the same results. Check and see if your routers firmware is up to date. Try using a different browser. If you have done all those things and more that you definitely need another isp. But if you just checked half of those things then you need to troubleshoot the rest of the issues before making any rash decisions. I to suffer from crap isp but even though I only have a 1.5mbps down and a ping of around ~160 I'm still able to play on this site. Hints my screen name.
