correspondence challenge improvement

I suggest in order to set up a correspondence challenge with a friend that he/she and ourself don't need to be online at the same time to agree (as it happens now).

You don't need to be online at the same time. Once you have clicked toi issue the challenge although you do get a screen that suggests it is waiting for the challenge to be accepted you can just close it down and your intended opponent will still see it to accept.

I'll demonstrate by sending you a challenge now!

Or at least I would, except you have a provisional rating so it won't allow me to challenge you.
