In my world, you’d seriously regret violating laws more than once. Scraping the paint off with your fingernails for a first offence means you won’t do it twice.
If you like your fingers intact, don’t graffiti. Decent people want to live in decent neighbourhoods and not be blighted by those degenerates who seek to turn them into a shithole.

@MadridVol The whole point is if you’re caught, you never want to deface another building that someone else has to pay to be cleaned. Why should my tax for for your criminality? What makes you think you’re entitled to commit criminal acts?
