I Lost a match due to lichess server going down during the game.

I lost a game in a completely winning position due to lichess server going down 🤦🏾‍♀️ how do i get my points refunded, it's freaking annoying 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
Here's the game
Lol, don't you have other problems? Be grown up and live with that!
It is strange decision that "Reconnect" situations are not taken in consideration. However, it is useless hope that anything will be changed. Lichess team assume that we all have ideal internet connections, which is far from reality.

Usually, opponents tactic when play with time control is to play fast if opponent have a great advantage, however short with time, give him no opportunity to think deeply. In this case you have lost more than a minute for only 2 moves which is unusual in 5+3 games, thus you game is finished anyway.

Anyway, I doubt Lichess will change anything in their already implemented decisions.
@xxxmcronin "I lost a game in a completely winning position due to lichess server going down"

Can you be more specific how you know that "lichess server going down"? What exactly messagge is wrote?

If server is restarting in X minutues due some update, then all current games in progress should be canceled and that is clearly a bug in Lichess logic. If you have a problem with slow or bad internet connection, that is exactly situation I have described.
@odoaker2015 you're such a fucking idiot,if you don't have a solution, shut the hell up.

@n321 i was playing on the mobile app, it doesn't/didn't show any warning, it just started buffering with those three dots above the board, when i logged in directly on the website, it showed a countdown when the server was supposed to restart, but at that time i was already too late.
@xxxmcronin

Yes, these situations should be handled by server, making all unfinished rated games canceled at least, without scoring.

Though, I doubt Lichess will do anything about as they refused to implement many others rational suggestions.
