Match lost due to cheating..even tho i exactly didn't(claim victory or draw situation)

If your opponent is going to do you the disservice of leaving the game (he joined the game, he should have the time to finish it), then claim the win. Opening up the analysis board is considered cheating, no matter what the intentions are.

If you think you are losing and decide to be nice and claim draw instead, that's fine, but definitely no analysis board.
It depends on the opponent. If it's a normal game, I would typically wait, they usually come back after some time.
In Blitz games, I always wait for him to come back. If everything seems legit, like a lost connection and he continues playing normally, I may even give him time back.

In rapid or classical though, I'll wait a few minutes and take the win without qualms. I have played people who seem to expect me to bust out moves in seconds in classical as if it is blitz. If they leave over that then sorry, not sorry.

As for the cheating loss, take it as a lesson learned. If they flagged your account as a cheater, appeal and explain the situation. As long as you are representing the situation accurately here, they will probably reverse it.

EDIT: Holy crap, I just realized I have had an analysis board open on the PC (on a problem someone posted in the forums) for the last two hours while playing on my phone. Fortunately the position on that board was nothing remotely similar to anything arising in my games, but still... gonna be aware of that from now on. Bye-bye, board. --Click--
"If they flagged your account as a cheater, appeal and explain the situation." - nah that doesn't happen.
#1 Some table isn't going to tell you whether *you* can win that position anyway. It could say whether an engine could win that position.
