Club Swiss REPRIMEND of missing a tournament but i did not miss it.

Hi,
What exactly does the notification under a swiss game say under these words:
"Entry requirements:

Because you missed your last Swiss game, you cannot enter a new Swiss tournament until Apr 3, 2024, 8:07 PM."

These sentence to my knowledge is logically false as I havent missed the last tournament i took part in it and even got 1 point.
Can someone please point me to a deeper explanation? Have i missed at least one game so i got this sentence?
This was your last Swiss tournament:

In the first round you were paired but did not play. (Not cool: the player you were paired against had to wait that round without getting a game.) That was the only game in which you were played: you re-appeared for the last round but received a bye.
Thanks for trying to find an explanation and finding the data and "plausible suggestion" and i admit i can be blocked only need to know the rules - as i pointed the message is not correct - i took part in that tournament and havent missed it whole. @Brian-E

Do you know the rules or just wanted to put a hypotheseis? Is there first game need to be played, ALL? N-2, N-3? This is what i am looking for.

If there needs at least one game to be played then there is possible bug with not taking a "bye" as a game, or at least one needs to be played against oponent. I could be given bye in the first round and not play any next game - whats then?

i found some appeal form in lichess but i dont want to appeal i only want a justiful explanation as i took part in tournament i dodnt took part in first and second game, and ... but took part actively.

If we start using language as a chaotic medium, emotions medium we'll end up in socialism with stuped society, we might have already done that but there are still some frontiers not to be breached like truth and life :)

Thank you for posting!
The requirements are clearly written in the tournament header which you see in the top left of the screen.

>Entry requirements:
>Play your games

Your temporary ban on playing Swiss tournaments had nothing to do with the bye you received in the last round, but everything to do with your failure to play your game in round 1.
