Sound sometimes disappearing

Hi,

I don't know if it's a chrome issue, windows issue or a site issue, but sometimes the sound is disappearing. I think it happens sometimes after I extend my desktop to watch TV with its HDMI audio and then return back to one screen to the computer's speakers, but I'm not sure about it.
Anyway, I find it really distracting playing a game without sounds at all..

Usually I just check if the sound is there before I start playing, by going to one of my played games and reviewing it. If it isn't there, clicking on the Lichess Logo and going to the home-screen usually brings the sound back.
But sometimes I forget to do this. 2 days ago I even agreed to a draw with a +1.5 edge because I had no fun playing like this.
I thought about closing the browser and returning to the game, but I was too afraid the site's cheating mechanism will think I do something suspicious.

Is there any known solution to this? if not, is there a way to restart the browser without it looking suspicious?

thanks.
You won't get banned for restarting your browser. However, if you're away from the game for too long, your opponent might be able to claim a win/draw, or you might just flag. I don't recall reading about this specific issue before, so the way I see it, you'd have to troubleshoot it conventionally (trying a different browser, etc.)
@DoTheMath
Are you sure about this?
It will only take a second to restart the browser, so it won't be a problem,
I only just need to be sure if it isn't problematic with the site's mechanism.
You won't get marked as a cheater if you're not cheating. Blur is tracked, but while tabbing, exiting browser, etc. isn't optimal, it won't get you marked in and of itself.
Usually reloading of the site helps with the sound problem. Sometimes I have to do it 2 or 3 times, but then sound is back.
