Features required while managing a Team

Dear Sir,
With reference to the captioned subject, I have to say that following features are required while managing a team:

1. Team Mates latest Ranking List
2. Leader Board like interface, Best player of the week with game played, points achieved, Win, Loss or draw etc.
3. Team Mates Weekly, Monthly and yearly performance.
4. Trophies to be awarded to Team Mates for their best performance and to be displayed on their profiles.
5. User Friendly Interface to download games data of any team tournament as well as of any team mate.
6. Team Mates Performance Data Statistics
7. Designations Allotment Mechanism among Team Mates to display their importance in a particular team.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

With an exhaustive list like this, you should put in a github issue at github.com/ornicar/lila/issues .

I have to admit I would be very happy to see those kind of things implemented.
But we could have many other ideas like :
- a way to implement specific achievements for team members (depending on rating, activities, etc...)
- a function helping us to find teams to make up team battles more easily (I love the system but it's not that easy to organize)
- etc, etc...
