Bug Report: Incorrect Result in DB

This game here is in the lichess database:

The result of the game is listed as 1-0. However, black crushed white and is about to go up a clear piece in the final position after taking this rook, with an attack on the white king as well. There's no way this is the correct result.

Can someone edit this game to show 0-1, which is clearly the right result of the game?
Technically, black resigned, so the situation on the board doesn't really matter. It would be kinda funny if admins started to change results of past games depending on who had the greatest chance of winning. :D
No, black didn't resign. He's a 2550. He knows he's winning. Don't troll. This is obviously an incorrect result.
Yeah we need someone to find this in chessbase. However, if you believe 1-0 to be the correct result, then this requires the belief that a 2550 played a series of completely winning moves and thought that he was losing at the end.
Lol a grandmaster did not resign in that position unless somebody had a gun to his head
I wasn't trolling. ;) Mayby it's my ignorance, but if this is correspondence than might be that black didn't move in time (I'm not sure whether in such cases it shows up as "resigned" or "aborted" or what).
Although I admit that I thought it was a game played here on lichess, so I wasn't eager to believe in a system bug.
@Asturias123

All those (imported OTB games) show as correspondence.

You actually have to open the game and look at the PGN to see the event in which it was played, etc.

For example:

This was World Blitz Championship last year, not correspondence at all :)

Anyway, as I pointed out in my previous post, nearly 100% it was 0-1 and the 1-0 found for it in online DBs was some sort of clerical error in whatever game score was used, since the actual tournament crosstable and results show 0-1.

Oh, okay, I had no idea about this. So in the end it was my ignorance. :D
