Players don`'t see the board in Swiss Tournament

This is indeed something that especially occurs in Swiss tournaments, not in other games or Arena tournaments. We only had this problem with Firefox-users. When they switched to another browser (like Google Chrome) the problem was solved and didn't occur again. Good luck!

Yep, I run a weekly Swiss tourney and this occasionally happens to players too. Usually a browser refresh fixes it.

Thanks, this may help. I play on Firefox as well, but it hasn't occured so far.

When you are using Firefox press CTRL+shift+R

On Chrome it's I suppose CTRL + F5

I use Linux with Firefox and Ctrl+R short cut works.
There is also an icon on the top left to : Reload current page.
If there was an icon on the site to press to Reload current page, when we are in full screen zen mode , without a keyboard, that would be great.
