i tried to challenge people to correspondence, who just accept challenges from non-provisorial ratings.
Bt when i try, it says impossible, cuz of provisorial corr rating
but my rating isnt provisorial, i played 86 rated games
whats the matter

This is just a guess but maybe provisional rated players decline to play a 2000+ rated player
you understood wrong
i dont want to challenge provisional people, but people who accept challenges just from non-provisional
Maybe they will not accept. Either way they are weak.

Say what you want but I am free to believe differently if you accept only provisional players you can't reach 2000 you would be as good as the lowest rated player you defeated.

i accept everybody but some people accept only NONprovisionals, and i cant challenge them cuz the comp says I am provisional whats not true

I'll make it easy for you I'll challenge you to 5 days casual correspondence. Why casual you say we would not want your rating to drop. Your last sentence says you accept challenges from anyone
