Reading it again won't change the fact that there isn't any relevant evidence in it.
The closest thing to evidence in that is the statement about FIDE not making the decision to broadcast or promote games the same way. Who knows if that's true or not, but even if it is, that's a specific situation which is simply corrected by making FIDE change their policies, not by forcing everyone else to compensate for FIDE's mistake (assuming they are actually making that mistake).

Unfairness in one place is never solved by adding opposite unfairness somewhere else. You have to fix the unfairness where it is caused.
