I guess list wasn't updated by then and hence the case. Also everyone can't miss on same thing.
will i get the invitation or i need to join them... what will be the next step? Please Explain.

I think every qualified player should be able to play in both. There might be a time conflict and someone might not be able to play in the one they are scheduled for. Also it is not fair if titled players are able to play in both but qualifiers from an open arena are not, especially if they could have qualified again from the other arena but did not know they could do so. Plus I believe the qualifier list is not showing any duplicates, so players cannot know if there is a way to qualify twice.

I think afterwards (at least from the diagram), for everyone, it is completely separate after the invitational arena, which makes sense.
