Settings question

Is it possible for me to change my settings so that when i make a move on a game the screen then reloads with my next game that requires a move. Currently I have to click on the Play tab on the top left to see what games i have that require moves. I'm new to LiChess but cannot find if this feature exists here.

Unless you create a simultaneous exhibition, I don't think this is possible.

In Correspondence games, I assume? Go to any of your correspondence games. Under the board, you see an "Auto switch" button. That does exactly what you want.
