I was playing in tournment, waiting move from my opponent, his time ran out after almost 2 minutes, but i did not win the game. Then i back to the tournment and he had won the game cause my time was ran out???. im still with the tab open and he last move is not here. But when i open my games in another tab there is his last move. i printed the screen, but cant find where to upload.
Probably you lost your connection, because then it just looks like if your opponent's clock was running while in reality they already made their move, but you just couldn't see it
When I'm traveling by train in my country and play bullet it sometimes happens to me - I make a move, my opponent's clock starts running, their time runs out, everything freezes for a moment and I suddenly see that my time has run out and that I lost the game
Yes i could be a feature improvement tho:
- Make lichess periodically check connection during games and display a message instead of clocks in red so no one miss it, possible?
