How game completion rate is calculated.

I was quite surprized today when I have seen that my game completion rate is only 90%. With extremely few exceptions (lost connection, important phone calls etc) I have never ever abandoned a game.

Back of an envelope calculation:
1000 played games with 90% completion rate means I did not complete 100 games. As I only can "not complete" my losing games (~500 games) that means that I have lost 20% of my games because as "not completed".

That is extremely mega far from the reality.

So I'm wondering how is this number calculated. Let me know your thoughts.
Do you abandon a lot of games right at the start before play actually begins?
You can get it back to 100%

It is calculated over a period of time/games. (do not know the amount)

As I said I dont abandon games, there is no point in time when my real completion rate was this low. I would be surprised if my not completed rate was any higher than 1.5% at worst.
I have listed my last 445games (odd number, but my browser seemed not loading more). The last game listed was played 2 months ago. From this 445 games I have left none. I have lost on time about 20 times and resigned serveral times, but these should not be considered as "not completed".

So something stinks.
Same here just noticed it because of your post, I see my rate is 90%. I don't abandon games before they begin or leave without resigning. Maybe the games that the oponent leaves or lets the countdown for the first move go down count towards that rate ?
It doesn't seem right but I can't think of another way this percentage is correct.
Could be that... but that needs to be confirmed. I guess its really a bug. Is there any way to report it?
