Arena type tournament

Hi,

I'm looking for a software or web app that allows me to host tournaments exactly like on lichess but not for chess.
I want to organise a FIFA tournament and I like the format of lichess.
- People can enter late
- People can be paired as soon as they finish a game with the next available opponent
- Earn points for each win or tie
- Fixed duration with no elimination
