I like to manually renew twitch subscriptions, the same thing with lichess donation. By accident this month I donated automatically, it's ok. But when I cancel the recurring donation it removed my wings? I did not get a refund and the month is not over. I solve my wings issue with new one time donation. Is it how it suppose to be?

Comes down to what anonymous means, I guess.
There is still the timelines and activity entries I think ? Not sure how gifting works, but maybe that's an option? Not sure how the celebrated patrons thing is generated either.
Probably most anonymous option is a bank transfer?
