Tournament Arena, I did not get the point of draw match

Hello,
in the following Arena Tournament, occurred yesterday 2 june 2020:

On my last match against player "Alberto1958" it happened that the system did't give me the 1 point for the draw.
this is the match: lichess.org/By1MqO1L/white

IMPORTANT: The match has been played still on tournament regular time.

The fact that that 1 point is so important is because it is the international world team league and my team finished at 4th place, just 1 point under the 3rd team.
So for just 1 point we missed the promotion in "A" league!

How could be happened a bug like that?
Why the sistem did't give me the point of the draw even if the string of matches I played shows clearly the draw?

The bug here is in the UI where this feature isn't made clear and so turns into endless forum posts. You don't get points for every draw in a tournament.

may I ask you a question just for better understanding, what do you mean, it can happen that during a tournament you loss the draw points?? You draw and you did't get the point?

It would be definitely odd something like that... the final result of the tournament would be misrepresented..

Draw streaks: When a player has consecutive draws in an arena, only the first draw will result in a point, or draws lasting more than 30 moves. The draw streak can only be broken by a win, not a loss or a draw.
