I think you can use Lichess Analysis board, Study option and invite your friend there, and for voice use Zoom or Googlemeet.

@shadow1414, well we used to do it on "Google Meet" app which is really cool to me! It has the option to share your screen and it helps to some extent. Nowadays, these are the most common means.
