Analyzed game bug

The issue is persisting. A new example of the behavior can be seen in the following study. Chapter 5. lichess.org/study/7gGCE9dh

Is this the default behavior of studies?

Behavior: A game is added to the study via pgn.
If the game is analyzed by stockfish, whether it be prior to adding it to the study, or while in the study, instead of the normal flow of the game being retained, it will automatically change the game to one of the suggested stockfish lines.
So if my game was 20 moves long, it is possible that the game will end up with a main line of 5 moves, and all the moves that were actually made will end up being sub-lines.

This behavior is performed automatically and it continues to happen, across many studies and chapters.

Is this being looked in to? Is any additional information required?
