Options for team matches, pictures etc etc...

Maybe there is a way already, but could you please make a way for team vs team matches in correspondence game and a way to have internal tournaments?

I love Lichess and don't like Chess.com, but they have lots of options for this and for adding pictures to the team logo etc and it would be good if you could rival them.
