Puzzle Bug In Android App

Puzzles are not syncing properly between android app and lichess website. Often after solving a puzzle in the website it repeats in the app. Not just one though, serially one after another. If I solve 20 puzzles in the website and later try to solve from app, it repeats the same ones I've already solved. Please take care of this bug, some other users have also reported this problem.

u should specify which android version u are using and maybe the device u are using it on.
updating the android version might help.

Same for me. Android 8.1. I circumvent this problem by only playing puzzles on my phone ;) but a fix would be nice.

Android version 7.1.2. Device Redmi 5A. App version 6.1.1.

I reported it a few days ago. I think it's related to the cache of 50 puzzles that the app caches in batch.
I proposed to include a button to invalidate the cache.
I downloaded the app source code. If my job leaves me free time I will try to send a pull request.
Workaround: delete app data in android settings

Thanks for the workaround supertorpe, it does work after clearing app data. But as they say, 'Prevention is better than cure'. Hope the developers come up with a fix soon.

I have developed the workaround and I have tested it in my development environment: a button to resynchronize the puzzles. I do not like the solution because this should be transparent to the user, but at least it is a lesser evil.

I have this same issue and have raised it a couple of times before. I am now about 500 puzzles behind on my phone, so if i want to do puzzles i am basically restricted to using my laptop.

Oh sorry i see that a work around is already in place. I did a quick test by doing a couple of puzzles on my phone. When i check my profile on my computer, i see that I have done two puzzles, 1 right, 1 wrong (the one which was wrong was a puzzle i had already failed previously, so no rating change is expected for that). You can see my grade should go up 17 points, but my rating on the left is still unchanged. This might be a bug? Might be worth looking into..
