What are Programmatic Moves

Ofc not. The extension looks sussy so I wanted to test it. It gave me hints for moves, and I followed for around 6 moves. I stopped and made my own starting at the 7th, so I am really confused how the 8th one will lead to cheat detect (I don't expect to get banned by cheating against stockfish at first though).

Well... I hope so. Then it will lead to a good explanation of me getting banned

However, I am told that cheating against stockfish will not result in a ban, so I am quite confused. I also found this: lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/appeal-decision . According to the rule grid, while playing against Lichess AI, everything is allowed except "Programmatic Moves" . I am wondering what Programmatic Moves are.

Rule grid: lichess.org/page/fair-play.

Lichess has made a decision, I will not be unbanned, but I can create a new account for playing in the future.
