Remove games from cheating accounts

When we look at the best victories and worst defeats in profiles, there often are some cheating accounts (either they boosted and didn't cheat and lost to you or were low rated and they trashed you). In any case, those accounts shouldn't appear in best nor worst since they were never actually real.

Please also consider removing tournament games lost on time without a move. It's kinda dumb to have them show up.

The latter doesn't show up in the first place. But I agree with the former.

You blundered early in the middle-game, and he found a simple double attack. The rest of the game was simple to win.
