Not all pieces show up on my board

Hi,

I started the <1500 rapid tournament tonight and I don't see all my pieces. E.g. I started my first game without seeing my (as white) 2 knights and queen and I didn't see my opponent's queen. I lost this game on time due to this problem. I start my second game with this same bug so I abort the game as I obviously cannot play in this way and I receive a warning.

I can post a screenshot as evidence. How can this annoying issue be resolved?? I don't care about the rating points I lost, but I am annoyed by receiving a warning due to this bug. Did someone else experience a similar problem?

P.S. Funny thing: even in the captcha I cannot see all pieces...

A couple of reasons could be
- Old browser
- Some browser extension interfering

Maybe you could provide some more information,
Are you on a computer or are you on mobile phone (iOS or Android)?
Are you using app or browser?
Version number of browser/app?

I am using an Apple Macbook computer and I use Safari v13.0.1. Until today I never had this issue when playing and today I did not update anything on my computer.
