It shows not correct time left for you to move in correspondence games, when on preview mode "games in play". The actual time is 2 hours less then is shown on preview and is confusing. I lost many points due to bug. -77 fuc1n points. whoever make code for correspondence clocks preview you have to fix your sh1t
it is a free site so perhaps rather than being irritatingly entitled, you may consider being polite and understanding that the site exists because of volunteer chess enthusiasts. It's easy to hide nastiness behind the anonymity of a keyboard.
Those points are just numbers. Not diamonds and gold coins.
A good idea could be to try a more specific headline and more people (even mods) will read your post.

For example it shows 4 hours left, but when you enter the game the real clock is 2 hours left.
Points were important as I tried to work on a world record. That weren't just regular points.
But I don't care about that points anymore, I will regain them later when I have more free time.
