Multiple seeks for multiple clock times.

I haven't really had any real trouble getting a game, normally takes me less than 5 minutes to find a game. I send a seek, and also look at the challenge list, just in case someone else is offering a similar time, then cancel my own and accept that one. You were probably just online at a time where it is inconvenient for players from certain countries.

However I do have one suggestion. A longer classical quick-match option. The longest quick-match option is G/15+15 which equates to 25 minutes after 40 moves. A classical game is anything above 25 minutes. The fact that the only classical quick-match option is the lowest possible time for classical, 25 minutes, makes it annoying since it's like a rapid game. I think there should be like a G/20+20, equating to a 40 minute game after 40 moves, or something a little longer than 25 minutes.

Don't know if this has been said in this topic as I hate reading long passages :)
Good point from #11. If I'm not mistaken I suggested, many moons ago, that the "quick-pairing" Custom button display what a user set it to last.

Since the Custom button does the same as the Create a Game button and, when the former is displayed, so is that latter, one is redundant.

I suggest the Create a Game dialogue would still remember its last game settings, but these could be changed without affecting the (more stable) Custom game settings. This would be serving one function that the other "quick-pairing" buttons do (quick game offer creation), though not actually facilitating quick pairing.

@ChEsSmAgEdDoN, I suggest you create this as a new post, and beg your pardon if you've had to read this.
