Metabolisms can vary between people based on age, sex, fitness level, etc.
Running a modest 6 miles in one hour (~10km) burns 550 calories. One bar of dark chocolate (162 grams) is almost 900 calories.
Trust me if I didn’t have high metabolism I would be very fat so ya it’s just having a high metabolism that lets some people like me eat a lot of food and not get heavier
