When I complete offline training puzzles it now shows up and down arrows with a number. What is this?

You can use the arrows to upvote a puzzle you like, or to downvote one you thought was uninteresting.
The number is the user-percieved quality of the puzzle, depending on number of upvotes and downvotes.
