Bug Report Rating Restore!

I got a message that i lost to a cheater and got 6 Rapid Rating points refunded, but if you look at my losses in Rapid - I NEVER lost kinda 6 points vs anyone. So did i get a refund by mistake?

I only lost to 2 cheaters and 1 of them i was provisional at that point and the other one would have been a 17 points restoration!
